Eastern Office Shop Ltd. warranties all its used and refurbished furniture & equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days to one year exclusively from the date of purchase.
<br /><br />
All new products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to any type of abuse.
<br /><br />
Eastern Office Shop Ltd. obligations and the purchasers remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at the Eastern Office Shop Ltd. option, f.o.b. the Eastern Office Shop Ltd. Warehouse/plant, of products which, when used normally, proved to be defective within the period stated.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The remedies stated herein are expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of sale and Eastern Office Shop Ltd. Liability with respect to its products or installation services shall not exceed that expressly set forth above irrespective of the theory upon which any claim might be based, including breach of contract, warranty, negligence or strict liability in tort.
